I’m extremely dissatisfied with virgin mobile USA. I’m a 10 yrs customer n was treated unfairly. My 4mo old new phone. GALAXY J 3 emerge was developed a yellow spot n customer service was not helpful. Expressed technical support when I mentioned everything else is working fine. Screen yellow. No help. Samsung, who they passed the Don’t Worry Beer Happy Beer shirt. No help. My monthly plan ends. August 2nd 2018. I will no longer be with virgin mobile due to this treatment. Regrettably they’ve lost a Great customer. Just wanted to share.
