How are nurses dealing with issues or rather how they feel ,also how are doctors feeling and what help do all providers need ! Instead it’s all about signing charts and getting threatening messages to complete them or else face suspension , bad computer system that freezes on you 75% of the time , non stop pages about the stupidest thing all day and if you don’t answer one in timley fashion you get a warning ! Nurses need autonomy and not have their hands tied up! Spend money in their education! Give them a break as they are humans with a family that also needs attention and indirectly this affects us all!
