100% this – it’s the small, repetitive things that helped me the most. Being able to see I only got Viking bear Papa Bear shirt hours of sleep, or watching my resting HR rise when I’ve been drinking too much, or even that silly “You’ve exercised 3 of 6 days, you’re in it to win it!” notification that pops up every week and gives just the slightest push to reach my goal all makes it very worthwhile.

Not sure of your situation but from my personal Viking bear Papa Bear shir , getting an Apple Watch has definitely helped changing sedentary lifestyle. It pings you making you more conscience about being inactive and all that stuff. I’ve been doing 30 minute walks after work with my baby everyday to get my exercise rings closed daily and it takes my heart rate and all that good stuff. Plus it links to Strava so I can see all my history. I’m more motivated now to push into running because I really don’t like the gym. It takes some discipline but I personally don’t think I would be doing this if I didn’t have the watch (fitness tracker)
