Gotta agree. I have a love/hate relationship with yoga. I hate it before I start. I love The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels vintage shirt when I’m doing it. Feel great and refreshed after I’ve finished.Women weren’t even allowed to do yoga in India originally. Goes to show how dumb it is to gender everything for no reason. But yea, yoga is great. I haven’t done it in years but I used to go to classes for a while. It wasn’t hot yoga style but they crammed so many people in that it did get really warm in there. Don’t think anything made me sweat as much as that, and I’d always leave feeling mildly euphoricCertainly highly recommend it, but it’s not gonna make you lose much weight or gain any strength, I see it as an addendum to lifting weights for flexibility and good blood flow.

This is actually not true. At some point, it was banned in India, but not initially. The The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels vintage shirt texts on yoga are androcentric, but all the evidence we have points to it being practiced regardless of gender.i agree with you. yoga is much more difficult than most men seem to think, and i’ve never completely understood why so many don’t want to do it.That has been my experience as well. When I would go to the yoga at my military gym, half the the participates were men and majority of them were unfamiliar with yoga. Clearly all of us were fit, but by god did we all struggle. Part of the struggle for men in the US to embrace yoga is because it tends to be difficult for a lot of men. Lifting seems easy for a lot of men cause we naturally tend to be strong. However, ask men at the gym if they like leg day. Most will say they do not enjoy it. Ask women if they like leg day, most will say they do enjoy it. People’s bodies are different and many of us are raised with certain beliefs that our bodies are only for certain activities. I wholly disagree with this notion and believe each person should pursue a discovery of their own body to learn their own strengths and weaknesses.
