Snoopy nope not adulting today shirt
I’ve seen this one posted a few times but never made a comment. I lost my wife to Leukaemia almost Snoopy nope not adulting today shirt and this is just devastating. The strength this man must have had is immeasurable, you really can’t imagine how painful it is to have the one you love die in your arms. My wife was only 26. I truly hope this guy is OK, and is managing to forge a new path forward in life.I’m in almost the exact situation as you. My wife died in 2019 too from breast cancer that spread to her brain. She was unconscious for the last week of her life, and the week before that she suffered 4 debilitating seizures. She had just turned 37.This entire thread is a clusterfuck of emotions for me. The fact that this woman had the ability and cognizance to say her vows and celebrate is worthy of admiration. But I should never have come into this thread, this is just asking for a shitload of traumatic shit to come back up again. God, fuck cancer, fuck this thread, fuck everything. I’m going to cry for a few minutes

Stay strong friend. I’m sure your wife, like mine would want you to trySnoopy nope not adulting today shirt find happiness. It’s extremely similar, my wife actually also had cancer in her brain… its a long story but they decided to ignore a cancerous growth coming out the back of skull and treat her for Acute B Cell ALL…. Needless to say her transplant didn’t work and probably ended her battle sooner as she had no immune system left. We went from “you’re in remission” to “you have around 3 months to live” in the space of a week, it was just insane… like the shit you see in movies. I’ve been considering a negligence case for a while because if they treated her brain as well, who knows if she could still be here.We were similar. She was in remission for a year, but though her type of breast cancer is known to be aggressive and go to the brain, they apparently weren’t scanning there so we didn’t know until it was too late. She started having headaches in January, and on February 8th our oncologist showed up at our house with the test results. On Valentine’s Day, she went in for brain surgery. It went well and everything was fine until late June, when she had her first big seizure out of the blue. I guess they couldn’t get everything. But that one week in July, where she was lucid enough to understand that it came back, and that it came back so much worse than before, that was the hardest week of my life.I’ve been doing better since then. We have two young children (now 10 and 8) so I didn’t really have a lot of time to fall apart. I started dating someone new a few months ago and it’s going pretty well. Some days are better than others. Some are like today and just a fucking gut punch.
