For my running if I was doing too much and wanted to recover I wouldn’t stop I would modify my running though. Slower pace and shorter strides are easier on the body and Don’t California My Tennessee Vintage shirt. I think it’s important to maintain the mileage though or else you start regressing. Running is how I cope with life so when I have to actually stop things start falling apart. Right now I’m on week 3 of no running 🙁 Should be okay to start in a week or so.
