Had a birthday party there in Columbus just yesterday. Worst birthday party. Packed in like Funny Cinco De Mayo Llamacorn T-Shirt. Didnt get to take hardly any pictures of my kid bc people (including the workers there) kept walking by behind me bumping in to me. Before my kid got to open his presents the party planner told me I had an email sent with a link to a survey that I had to do in front of her. I turned my head to answer a question from a family member and this party planner done typed her own answers into my phone and hit enter while the phone was in my hand. Then she tells me that we have to move all of our stuff to another table bc she had other parties coming in. These employees are the rudest I have ever seen. I though Chuck E Cheese was better than this. Never again will we visit another Chuck E Cheese. Horrible experience.

I’m at Chuck E. Cheese with my family and our pizza was ready within 5 minutes of Funny Cinco De Mayo Llamacorn T-Shirt. I told Chuck E. Cheese there is no way this pizza is fresh and if they can make us a fresh pizza over. I asked for the manager and explained to him what happened ( he seems not to comprehend what I was saying ) Less than two minutes later the buzzer went off for us to pick up the ”fresh” pizza. I went to get the pizza and saw that it was the same pizza as the first one just reheated , once again, I asked for another pizza and this time the cook threw the old one away.
