I hope you are on the way to recovery. Then, good observation. My husband sat me down once and pointed out that my humor was often at someone’s expense, and I needed All I care about is my Pitbull and like maybe 3 people and coffe to take responsibility. I had damaged a couple of relationships that way. I was able to change, for the better, I believe. I send you peace.

You can also be kind and caring and do stuff for people and can still lay in a hospital be alone. I am not saying not to be a nicer person, but dont beat yourself up because people for the most part just dont give a damn when I was in the hospita  and All I care about is my Pitbull and like maybe 3 people and coffe so he doesn’t really count lol. People are selfish and wander through life with tunnel vision.

It has nothing to do with how sarcastic you are, I’m going through cancer at the moment and the first thing the nurse asked me when we went for our first chemo was have you found out who your friends are yet we lost so many friends during this time of All I care about is my Pitbull and like maybe 3 people and coffe. It’s the same for all cancer patients I think. You just need to learn from it. It’s sad but that’s life! Wish you all the best with your fight.
