I have a lovely 5 month old miniature dachshund, she’s wonderful , clever and Adidas Cool Jack Russell T-shirt, has a great recall, this is not related as she has a lovely down stay but she barks at dogs and random people , often when we just get out of the car, or out of the house, if she does then meets the dog she is submissive, I’ve tried a correction with voice, I have tried turning the other way to distract , neither seems to work , she also doesn’t like strangers touching her so I think it’s lack of confidence.
