Vintage Activity Director Teacher Rainbow Professionals T Shirt
June is when the first shipment of Vintage Activity Director Teacher Rainbow Professionals T Shirt and ribbon arrives. It is also warehouse clean out month. There are hundreds of warehouses for supplies and completed toys that need cleaned out and dusted. July is when the list is begun. Santa begins making the master list for that year. August is when cookie baking for the season begins. It is also when the food supplies for the coming winter are ordered. Everything from pantry items to elf beer(kinda like root beer) must be inventoried, to see what needs to be reordered and at what amount. September is the most dangerous month at the Pole. At about the 7th of Sept each year starts the reindeer RUT. Hundreds of elves get hurt each year because of overly aggressive reindeer bucks. Yeah breeding season! But it is important to keep the male FR(flying reindeer) away from the natural wild NFR (non flying reindeer) or else the new babies next spring would give away the exact location of the pole and elf village. October is when Santa and Mrs. Clause begin to decorate for the holidays. There is no time for that after the 1st of Nov. November the first letters arrive! This is also when Santa must have the 1st check of the list done by. 2D check is due before the end of the month. Reindeer test flights begin and try outs for the team. December is crunch time! Santa is required to attend as many party invites and appearances as possible, hence the need for helpers. He also must finalize navigation and weather prediction models for Christmas eve. And of coarse there is Christmas eve deliveries.
A lot of the complaints new DMs have is how the players derailed their campaigns and all the Vintage Activity Director Teacher Rainbow Professionals T Shirt work they did. This makes them want to run the next sessions more on rails so their work doesn’t get wasted. This is a mistake and frankly a no-no for any DM. Never get too attached to your scenario and always be prepared to roll with whatever the players are trying to do. Be fair about it. I let the dice decide if their antics and shenanigans work or not, all within reason. Many times my players attempt tricks to avoid combat or make thing easier, but if the roll goes badly or their reasoning wasn’t good enough for me I let them crash and burn. Yet there are times when I even let them have a free dragon kill because their argument was convincing and they rolled good enough.

A further tip, talk to them before the game begins, and see what they want out of the story, and try to give it to them. My buddy is getting ready to start a Vintage Activity Director Teacher Rainbow Professionals T Shirt game, and I’ve already given him my character backstory of a good cop slowly becoming a villain, and that I’d like him to have a slow redemption arc. My GM is excited by that idea, so along with whatever the main plot is, I’m going to be looking for moments for my ex-cop to make profound moral choices. Because that’s what I want in addition to starships and blasters. You also have to be willing to follow where your players lead. I once had my players completely derail my campaign, totally by accident, but we were having so much fun with where the game was going I ended up setting aside my original campaign plot and restructuring it to focus on where they were taking things, and we had a blast.
Who says he didn’t know? He just didn’t stop it. He doesn’t stop your bully either. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t know about it. Santa is in the Vintage Activity Director Teacher Rainbow Professionals T Shirt making/delivery business not the social justice business. He knows, he just does not have the power/authority to do anything about it. Nor does he have the time to go and stop bullying. He only puts bullies on the naughty list. He has toys to prep, routes to plan, lists to check, letters to read, visits to make, parties to attend, lists to check again, and deliveries to make on Christmas eve. There are many who think Santa only works 1 night a year, and they are wrong. Christmas prep starts at the NP on the 2d of Jan. The entire operation gets 7 days off each year to celebrate a job well done. The entire month of Jan is debrief based. What went right, what went wrong and how do we improve. Planning and policy changes happen in Feb. Toy planning is done in March. April is a very busy time. Baby Reindeer are born, toy production goes into full swing, and the first deliveries of raw materials begin to arrive(lumber, nails, paint, wires, circut boards etc). May is herding season for the reindeer. It is also time for toy prototypes. Every elf that has an idea for a new toy has an opportunity to demonstrate it for Santa’s approval.
