Thor Crossing Abbey Road Shirt
This gift secured the poor manβs oldest daughterβs future. The next night, the bishop slipped through the Thor Crossing Abbey Road Shirt of the poor manβs house another sack of gold. This saved the poor manβs second daughterβs future. The poor man anticipated another sack of gold, so the following evening, he stayed up all night to see somebody slipping a sack of gold through the window. The man ran after and caught up the mysterious benefactor, and recognized bishop Nicholas, saying he would tell the news of his generosity to everybody. However, the bishop made him promise not to tell anybody about his kind actions until after his death in observance of Christβs injunction that a person should give to the poor in secret, without announcing his good works. Bishop Nicholas continued to help the poor, the sick, the children, and other people in trouble both in the open and in secret despite imprisonments and persecutions by paganist Romans under the reign of emperors Diocletian and Maximian.
Whereas 5th edition D&D largely fell back on a Thor Crossing Abbey Road Shirt class structure with a handful of high-impact choices, Pathfinder 2 opts for maintaining its granularity, such that 90% of character features are replaced with Feats. You have Ancestry Feats from your race (now called Ancestry); Skill Feats that can enhance or add new uses to your Skills; you have General Feats which include Skill Feats as well as a handful of other, more universal Feats, like Toughness; and you have Class Feats, which are essentially a grab bag of class features. All of them are tiered based on a prerequisite level you must be in order to gain them, and your character classβs progression explicitly awards one of these four kinds of feats depending on what level youβre at. Almost none of them require a lengthy chain of previous Feats, except where they explicitly upgrade a feature granted by one, like Animal Companion.

Raise the stakes for the encounter too. Maybe the Mind Flayers have a powerful spelljammer thanβs literally a Thor Crossing Abbey Road ShirtΒ with laser cannons and such. Maybe a single one of them can dismissively defeat the entire party, or even a military force. Maybe they have hostages who must not be harmed. One thingβs for certain: all who know them should be terrified. Iβm actually not a fan of mind flayers who use their mental powers to sense everything that the PCs are doing. Again, truly alien Mind Flayers probably have as much trouble analyzing the thoughts of a human as a human would their thoughts. So donβt play the βthe Mind Flayer read your mind and knows what you are doingβ card too much. This doesnβt mean the Mind Flayers have to be stupid, but making them all-knowing is problematic because that leaves the PCs with only one option: beating them by dint of arms. Thatβs fine to happen at some point, but it shouldnβt be the main thrust of the plot.
βNight of the Meekβ is Christmas Eve. Henry Corwin, a down-and-out ne’er-do-well, dressed in a Thor Crossing Abbey Road Shirt, worn-out Santa Claus suit, has just spent his last few dollars on a sandwich and six drinks at the neighborhood bar. While Bruce, the bartender, is on the phone, he sees Corwin reaching for the bottle; Bruce throws him out. Corwin arrives for his seasonal job as a department store Santa, an hour late and obviously drunk. When customers complain, Dundee, the manager, fires him and orders him off the premises. Corwin says that he drinks because he lives in a “dirty rooming house on a street filled with hungry kids and shabby people” for whom he is incapable of fulfilling his desired role as Santa. He declares that if he had just one wish granted him on Christmas Eve, he’d “like to see the meek inherit the earth”. Still in his outfit, he returns to the bar but is refused re-entry by Bruce. Stumbling into an alley, he hears sleigh bells. A cat knocks down a large burlap bag full of empty cans; but when he trips over it, it is now filled with gift-wrapped packages. As he starts giving them away, he realizes that the bag is somehow producing any item that is asked for. Overjoyed at his sudden ability to fulfill dreams, Corwin proceeds to hand out presents to passing children and then to derelict men attending Christmas Eve service at Sister Florence’s “Delancey Street Mission House”. Irritated by the disruption and outraged by Corwin’s offer of a new dress, Sister Florence hurries outside to fetch Officer Flaherty, who arrests Corwin for stealing the presents from his former place of employment. At the police station, Dundee reaches into the garbage bag to display some of the purportedly stolen goods, but instead finds the empty cans and the cat.
