The Hardest Part About A Zombie Apocalypse Is Pretending I’m Not Excited Shirt
Based on Catholic tradition, bishop Nicholas helped an impoverished man with three daughters of The Hardest Part About A Zombie Apocalypse Is Pretending I’m Not Excited Shirt age but had no dowry to give them away for marriage. In fourth century, a daughter would end up either into despondent life of slaves or prostitution if no man would want to marry her. In order for her to be married off, her father would have to offer dowry, which pertains to the gift or money transferred to the groom (or his family), ostensibly for the bride. A dowry was expected and demanded as a condition to accept a marriage proposal so it was an important aspect of the life of a bride. Now, bishop Nicholas who was born to, and inherited a large wealth from his rich family, heard of the poor man’s plight. One night, he secretly slipped through the window of the poor man’s house a sack of gold, and went off.
I could go on about the Artificer’s new “Iron Man” subclass, the Genie Pact warlock and the The Hardest Part About A Zombie Apocalypse Is Pretending I’m Not Excited Shirt unfortunate soul that is the Fathomless (and how useful having a talisman without focus is for some warlock concepts) and more – there’s a lot there and the only actual miss I see is the Warlock of Peace I expect having been an actual pacifist cleric (zero damage) in playtesting before they bottled out. To sum up, if you think 5e was the best RPG (or even best version of D&D) ever then you’ll probably prefer Xanathar’s Guide to Everything as it continues with the design choices.. If you think 5e is a decent compromise but there’s a lot it doesn’t do then Tasha’s does much more to broaden what you can do with the game without changing any fundamentals of the game.

It’s probably obvious that I don’t advocate Mind Flayers being used as small scale villains. They’re just not that great at being that thing in a The Hardest Part About A Zombie Apocalypse Is Pretending I’m Not Excited Shirt with treasure. Save them for something big. They might have their use as an information-giving NPC, but their powers tend to either mean they can trivially defeat the PCs (if the PCs can’t resist their mental attacks) or the PCs can trivially defeat them (if the PCs can resist those attacks and draw them into melee), so they’re not great for random encounters. If the PCs do make deals with the Mind Flayers, remember the bit about them being alien intelligence and talking in pictures; make those encounters unique.
