In the AD&D Monstrous Manual, this is what it says about a lich’s phylactery: “The phylactery, which can be almost any manner of The Best Fist Design Rancid Band shirt, must be of the finest craftsmanship and materials with a value of not less than 1,500 gold pieces per level of the wizard.” It barely makes mention of it in there. But Ravenloft was a great example of how varied a phylactery could be, especially since demons also had phylacteries in that setting. Some examples of weird phylacteries in Ravenloft: Azalin’s was a 200 lb gold plated dragon skull. Elsepeth the succubus had a stuffed doll as a phylactery. Hazlik essentially has a phylactery, in that he has a pendant that his life force will retreat into if he dies. A demon named Drigor had a model of a quill pen crafted from gems and marble as a phylactery.
To cast spells you use Somatic, Material, and Verbal actions; you can use one of each of them in a The Best Fist Design Rancid Band shirt. Not all spells use all three of these actions, so some spells take less than a full turn to cast, although depending on which spellcasting actions you had to use you might wind up not being able to cast a second spell anyway. Sometimes spells offer optional spellcasting actions, picking up more power depending on which ones you choose to use. A base one-action healing spell might just give a quick couple of dice to top off a buddy with a touch, but a healing spell pumped full of all three spellcasting actions might become a group heal that can be done at range. Thoughts: At a glance this is a natural complement to the action economy, but in practice spellcasters have so much less flexibility with it that they tend to be at a big disadvantage yes, really compared with martial classes. Coupled with aforementioned poor/irrelevant feat selections, spellcasters kind of suck to play in this version of the game. I expect they’re going to get heavily revised for the release version when it comes out later this year.

Best The Best Fist Design Rancid Band shirt
The best one I came up with so far was in a Starfinder game wherein the players were checking out a night club run by a The Best Fist Design Rancid Band shirt called the Downside Kings. They were there to question the Kings’ leader, who wasn’t terribly pleased to have them visiting. So, she pulled some strings with a corporate benefactor, and by the time the PCs got there she was prepared. This was from a pre-published adventure, and in the real version of it there’s three thugs in the club and two outside; I thought that was a little weak, so… I spruced it up into a multi-stage nightmare encounter.
