Unlike Santa, elves or even clean coal, reindeer are real. They may not fly, but there’s a good deal of truth around the Mind Blooming skull and flower shirt of Christmas’s favorite animal. Yes, they do live in extremely cold conditions. Yes, they are known to pull sleds. And, yes, their noses really do turn a shade of red given the right conditions. First off, caribou and reindeer essentially are the same animal and are classified as the same species (Rangifer tarandus). They are also both part of the deer family, or cervidae, which also includes deer, elk and moose. However, there are subtle differences. “Reindeer” is often used to describe the domesticated animals, the ones that are herded and employed by humans to pull sleds. They are also often smaller and have shorter legs than their wild brethren. In addition, the name reindeer is more often used to refer to the European variety, ones that live in Siberia, Greenland and northern Asia. The word “caribou” tends to mean the North American (meaning living in Canada and Alaska) and/or the wild variety. Because caribou are wild and reindeer are domesticated, scientists agree that most of the differences between the two are evolutionary as opposed to inherent. Caribou are larger, more active, faster and migrate further than reindeer. In fact, the caribou undertake the largest land migration of any animal in North America every year in search of better conditions and food for their young.
The Alchemist class added in Pathfinder’s supplemental books has graduated and become a Mind Blooming skull and flower shirt core class. Additionally, alchemical items are completely re-structured in order to support the alchemist’s detailed interactions with items, and instead of having generic alchemist bombs, the Alchemist can produce any of them — acid flasks, tanglefoot bags, thunderstones, alchemists’ fires, and so on — as their bombs. This is in addition to all sorts of other elixers and mutagens, which can be produced as standalone items through crafting or as temporary “infused” items that the alchemist can whip up on the spot during combat.

A further tip, talk to them before the game begins, and see what they want out of the story, and try to give it to them. My buddy is getting ready to start a Mind Blooming skull and flower shirt game, and I’ve already given him my character backstory of a good cop slowly becoming a villain, and that I’d like him to have a slow redemption arc. My GM is excited by that idea, so along with whatever the main plot is, I’m going to be looking for moments for my ex-cop to make profound moral choices. Because that’s what I want in addition to starships and blasters. You also have to be willing to follow where your players lead. I once had my players completely derail my campaign, totally by accident, but we were having so much fun with where the game was going I ended up setting aside my original campaign plot and restructuring it to focus on where they were taking things, and we had a blast.
Who says he didn’t know? He just didn’t stop it. He doesn’t stop your bully either. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t know about it. Santa is in the Mind Blooming skull and flower shirt making/delivery business not the social justice business. He knows, he just does not have the power/authority to do anything about it. Nor does he have the time to go and stop bullying. He only puts bullies on the naughty list. He has toys to prep, routes to plan, lists to check, letters to read, visits to make, parties to attend, lists to check again, and deliveries to make on Christmas eve. There are many who think Santa only works 1 night a year, and they are wrong. Christmas prep starts at the NP on the 2d of Jan. The entire operation gets 7 days off each year to celebrate a job well done. The entire month of Jan is debrief based. What went right, what went wrong and how do we improve. Planning and policy changes happen in Feb. Toy planning is done in March. April is a very busy time. Baby Reindeer are born, toy production goes into full swing, and the first deliveries of raw materials begin to arrive(lumber, nails, paint, wires, circut boards etc). May is herding season for the reindeer. It is also time for toy prototypes. Every elf that has an idea for a new toy has an opportunity to demonstrate it for Santa’s approval.
