I started training without a plan and was doing a little less than 1.5 mi/day 4 times a week on a hilly trail which was too much to start with and I started getting some pain. Rested for about a month and tried again but on a track with about a mile a day 3 times a Im Not A Widow Im A Wife To A Husband With Wings shirt. Went out and ran 2 laps alternating jog/walk 200m and the pain came back (it always comes back once I finish, never during the run).

I’m losing my fucking mind over this issue and I don’t know what to do anymore.
