I’ve been reading The Broken Ladder by Keith Payne, which touches on the physical and Fresh Geckos shirt repercussions of feeling poor or unequal to others (and where my “not feeling poor” thought came from). I feel like this sub would really enjoy it!CNY will definitely feel different this year, although I still plan to have my own little feast haha. Those clean blankets are going to feel so nice, and I hope you have some delicious food to eat as well! Maybe with some chili oil too Great to see a MD from a CA forester! I’m forestry adjacent and have some forestry diversity, equity, and inclusion interests. I’m private sector. If you’re ever looking for contacts who’d back a POC woman in forestry and want to connect, feel free to DM me. I don’t want to say too much b/c privacyLoved this diary! I feel like you got over charged for the plants you’ve got and wanted to let you know that there’s some great online plant store on Etsy! If you set the store setting to California you’ll find a list of companies that can ship to you via USPS
Best Fresh Geckos shirt
Thank you! There are pros and cons. I love how much space we have. We have a Fresh Geckos shirt backyard that we can garden in. Our dog can roam off-leash, and we don’t worry too much about encountering other people or cars. We have mountains in view, and the greenery just makes me feel good. On the other hand, we live in a conservative area, and we have to be careful about showing our liberal side. There aren’t many POC here, and it weirdly makes me excited when I see another minority around. I haven’t experienced outright racism here, but maybe that is because I’m a “model minority” and that could be different for others. But I miss the variety of food in NY and seeing the diversity of people, if that makes sense. People are tucked away in their cars and houses here (and are overwhelmingly white), and I miss the train and all of its delays. But this is a good place for me now, to save money and take life a little slower. There’s just too much to explore outside of NYC to stay there indefinitely, and I’m lucky/privileged enough to experience it. I rambled a little, sorry about that
