I actually didn’t have any issue with this stotyline except Werner’s naivety. It was implied Gus was Cultural Excellence shirt all of them very well, absolutely enough money that would ensure any of these young guys could retire early if they wanted. Enough money that would buy their cooperation and understanding that they would be expected to play by the rules and deal with being shut up for months. I don’t think Gus was in the wrong here as he likely realized it would be a hard sell to anyone – especially a bunch of young men – to not see light or have any other human contact for a long time but that’s why he was paying the big bucks as it was no just for a job well done but compensation for their sacrifice by being shut up so long.I actually didn’t have any issue with this stotyline except Werner’s naivety. Good post! I agree with most of Cultural Excellence shirt , but I do disagree about him being a bad father-in-law to Stacey. Getting angry twice in five seasons does not a bad grandpa make. He’s human. I know people want to believe that good parents are somehow perfect, but we aren’t. It’s hard to be chill when you’re responsible for two or more lives all at once and all the time. I wish I could be as calm with my own kids – particularly over the (often) inane stuff Kaley and Stacey bug him for and about. On that subject, Stacey is an awful daughter-in-law. She doesn’t care about Mike at all. He’s just a tool to her. If he’s having a rough time, she tosses him aside like he’s nothing. He can come back and serve her when he fixes his own issues. That relationship always makes me super uncomfortable.Remember the time she defaced her own house to pressure Mike into buying her a better house, and then lied that it was a bullet hole? Talk about emotional manipulation. She relies on him for babysitting, yet withholds it when he annoys her. She volunteers him for manual labor without his consent and against his will.I’m not saying that she doesn’t need help or that she shouldn’t get help. My issue is with her methods. She is manipulative and tactical in her relationship with this old man she claims to care about. Mike may or may not be aware of this, but her behavior is reprehensible, regardless.
