Maybe we can double that, or triple or quintuple it or even multiply it by 10 to account for the possibility of cases which didn’t get recorded and broadcast on YouTube or were covered up, and it still approaches zero probability that any cop you meet has been involved in any kind of brutality.

The thing is, when you’re six, you may be dimly aware of this; but it wouldn’t bother you much.
