I had an adrenal issue (caused by the drug abuse) that made it hard for me to lose weight for an entire year, and then finally I was able to. So I was fat and fit, despite busting my ass I couldn’t lose weight. But technically unhealthy dealing with adrenal issue, (and probably had a lot of heart strain as well).

There is either a serious level of sedentary behavior, a health issue, or a high calorie intake to maintain heavy weight. Oftentimes people track their calories improperly by underestimating.
