When I did get accepted into the IBEW union electricians that had a partial college accredited classes, I stayed there until 4th-year4 apprentice and then I got the call offering an IT job in Florida but I would have to leave on a 3 days notice. Left Monday, got there Tuesday and was working Wednesday for 12.5 years with the same company.
