Therapy isn’t a bad thing. It’s a smart thing. And recognizing you could use help, and seeking the best possible help you can get is an intelligent decision. After all, is that not why you came here with this question? The last thing I have to say is that if you’re looking for help or answers to questions etc, free advice is always the most expensive. Meaning the advice you get from people who are not professionals in the area you’re seeking advice about, who are willing to advise you for free, will cost you the most in the long run by giving you poor advice and recommendations. They may mean well, but they may also be stupid, or just not knowledge about that specific topic. People who charge for for their advice, do so because they know their advice is valuable and will be beneficial for you. Kind of one of those you get what you pay for kinda deals.
