A 13 year old is too young to be home ALONE with a Rice Owls Clay Servin 2023 NCAA Football shirt. If there was another adult around, itโs a different story. Babies for example could need IMMEDIATE medical attention out of nowhere, something a 13 year old wouldnโt be able to provide. Also a 13 year old, probably doesnโt know all the things one should be aware of when taking care of the baby (because they are 13 and their job is to be a kid not a stand-in parent – parentification is a real problem). Itโs too much pressure/ responsibility to put on them exclusively even for a few hours. This isnโt a matter of trusting the 13 year old, itโs about recognising what they can and should be expected to do. Changing a diaper and giving a baby a bottle is all fine and well, but what happens if the baby burps in their sleep and inhales their vomit? Or has an allergic reaction to something? Even if this wasnโt the case, good co-parenting is majorly about respecting your co-parents boundaries and what they feel comfortable with. OP clearly isnโt comfortable with his baby being in the care of a child, and thatโs fair and valid. Not saying the mom is an AH, Iโm sure she was just in a bind and tried to do what she thought would best accommodate everyone, but OP has every right to ask that his child be supervised by an adult. Now, when a similar situation pops up inevitably in the future, OP should work really hard with his ex to find suitable childcare. Communication is really the key OP. You and your ex can communicate what you expect/ need from each other, without judgement. Your tone was judgey – as if because of this, your ex is not a good or responsible parent, which is not the case. She is allowed to make a bad call, and learn from it. And for the sake of your child I hope you donโt go crucifying her for it.

I think a lot of Rice Owls Clay Servin 2023 NCAA Football shirt, when they read statements like this, they just sort of assume that it’s people being hyperbolic. They think, “oh, well, I’m sure it was just normal laws they already had, and maybe they kinda targeted black people a bit more often than normal…” Like, no. People don’t seem to realize that this shit, all these jim crow laws, were directly a response to emancipation, they were a concerted attempt to harm black people and to keep them in bondage one way or another. People read about history and assume it just kind of happened on its own. But that’s not ever true. These were conscious acts. Laws passed specifically to fuck over black people, enforced by an absolutely wild “justice” system that could basically do whatever they wanted, and wound up selling the slave labor of prisoners, and never much caring if they died on the job. It was absolutely, 100% a continuation of slavery, on purpose. No hyperbole whatso ever. Still trying to squeeze money out of that system, and maintain political power by denying them their right to vote. But I feel like people just don’t get that. They think we went right from emancipation to like, Sidney Poitier.
