Don’t listen to Internet people. The Original Ice Spice Shirt is if you think something about you is weird, ask your doctor about it. Assuming it’s not a financial burden to ask questions, that is. Semi-related fun anecdote: I went in for a yearly physical, which is 100% covered by my insurance. The doctor asked me, “Have you been feeling depressed?” and because I said yes, they filed the visit as a consultation or some such and I suddenly owed $120 because of one question. So even the doctor asking you questions can apparently ruin your wallet if you say the wrong thing. Turning a medical visit into a landmine field is a good way to reduce the ability to administer medical care, seems like.
Sometimes (and especially lately) it takes some time for the Original Ice Spice Shirt fan base as a whole to appreciate/accept an album. Mylo was a bit divisive but I think most like it now. GS is definitely a niche favorite of many here but people trashed it for its lyrics at the start. AHFOD felt too pop and most even said it was their least favorite at the time, but I think it too has been appreciated more. Everyday Life seemed a bit incomplete but I think the fan base has come to really appreciate it for what it is. Music of the Spheres is the only album Iβve seen that just hasnβt gotten better in the eyes of the fans. Sure, some people say they like it better after seeing the live shows, but I think much of thatβs post-show euphoria that one gets after any Coldplay show. Many of the criticisms have stuck. Too short, too many interludes, feels like an EP, songs arenβt that great. I think, more so than any other album, they botched the release by giving us their best song as a teaser. I like most of the songs on the album, probably more than most. But like most of us, I donβt really return to them except for Coloratura, or maybe an Infinity Sign/Coloratura combo. If certain songs come on shuffle, I wonβt skip them but I certainly wasnβt looking for them on my own to listen to. I think, so far and by far, itβs the weakest in their discography. That said, Iβm excited to see what Vol 2 might bring and if it will elevate the sound and lore of this era. Thereβs so much they can do here to further work on the space imagery and exploration they have started. I love this idea and the sound it could bring to their music when they decide to make their own music, instead of collaborating with every other artist they possibly can. If they continue a tick tock pattern of albums, the next one may be one of the greats. Vol 1 didnβt stand the test of time, unlike all other albums. Maybe Vol 2 will elevate the whole MOTS concept. Time will tell.

Flexibility has shown little evidence of reducing hamstring strains from sprinting. Which makes sense because your hamstring doesn’t really hit full stretch during a Original Ice Spice Shirt (unless you have major mobility problems). Hamstring strains are usually a sign of something that causes poor biomechanics (like other injuries, or fatigue) and breaks the muscle coordination that helps the hamstring shift from elongating to contracting. Neuromuscular training, balance, strength, and proper warmups help more than increased flexibility. I think part of it is that the Yankees have a lot of big guys putting extra strain on their muscles, and the other part is just that baseball is really hard on muscles. Lots of sitting around followed by max effort is dangerous. Im a little surprised that the dugout isn’t basically just a spin studio at this point to help players keep their muscles warm.
