I’m curious do you still have the link to the ad of the roomba parts you purchased? I’m not trying to be a jerk but I’m genuinely curious on what are these counterfeit items and see if I can get to the Alabama my blood type is roll tide positive Roll Tide shirt .. IMO, unless it actually advertises as genuine roomba parts, then it should be obvious it’s not actually authentic roomba parts.Right now, I just did a quick search on roomba parts, and a bunch of 3rd party items show up in my results. Which to me, seems pretty obvious none of these are genuine Roomba parts. Most of them say LOVECO (brand) on them.I personally own a Dyson and I’ve shopped for 3rd party replicas parts and batteries on Amazon, knowing well in advance that I’m buying “knock offs” because they’re cheaper, and sometimes just a better value tbh because authentic Dyson parts are overpriced..

I stopped using Amazon about a month ago. Shipping has been incredibly slow since last year, like 3 weeks to a month to get my order. Also my last order i paid extra for shipping because i wanted my stuff sooner, it still took almost a month. I ordered a pocket knife last year from a different company on December 23 and received it December 30, i didn’t pay extra Alabama my blood type is roll tide positive Roll Tide shirt for it and they used Canada Post. Amazon uses Canada post too, but it takes forever for anything to leave the Amazon facility.I only ever buy Prime items (with a few exceptions; got a great deal on a copy of Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories from a 3rd party seller on there) even if I don’t have Prime and I’ve never once had an issue with quality. I’ve ordered hundreds of items, so of course I’ve had to send a couple back but even then that process was quick and painless and I either got my money back or a new item that didn’t have the issues from before.I’ve never seen fake reviews on any item and I’ve never seen “low quality Chinese products”
Not a massive fan of Bezos (or anyone rich for that matter…eat the rich…) but this seems like an issue that only exists if you specifically refuse to buy Prime items that are shipped by Amazon.
