The health problems come suddenly and seemingly out of no where when you are obese. It is not some The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Conference Championship 2021 shirt thing, feeling/symptoms wise. It is a situation where you feel amazing and perfectly healthy one day then a day or two later all of a sudden you are getting dizzy, the room is spinning, you feel like you are drunk on tequila, and you go to the emergency room to find your blood pressure, that was always a little high at 125/85 is suddenly 198/132 and you are on the verge of dying. That shit scared me into losing weight and getting healthy. I was obese and “fine” for 16 years (from the age of 16 to 32) and then all of a sudden I was on the verge of dying.

Everyone needs to know, you may believe that you are healthy even though The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Conference Championship 2021 shirt are fat and obese and you probably feel fine and believe you are but, it happens very suddenly and very fast that you could be close to death. And it is completely preventable. You only need to stop eating so much, especially cut back on sweets and processed food. That’s all it takes. A simple first step is if you drink a few can of soda a day, go down to two can for a couple weeks, then one can for a couple weeks after that, then no soda after that. Baby steps and weaning yourself off of all of this unhealthy shit with servings multiple times beyond a portion size will change your life. If you want, start doing more physical activity, even if it is just going on a five minute walk around the neighborhood, then a few eeks later going on an 8 minute walk, and keep increasing it slowly over time. Don’t give up. Weight loss is slow, typically a pound or two a week at most, more if you are morbidly obese but, you will not lose 30, 20, or even 10 pounds of fat a week. You just keep at it and over a few years you will be in such a better state health wise. I started at 430 pounds (likely more as I didn’t weigh myself for the first three weeks of my weight loss and it took me two years to lose half my weight and that was aggressively exercising for 1.5 hours a day every day on top of maintaining a calorie deficit. It was so worth it though. I no longer have to worry about ending up in the emergency room for a heart attack or stroke. I no longer have to worry that I am only a glucose points away from being diabetic. I have a much higher chance of living longer.
